September 2009

Pet Patient
of the Month
Not only has Dusty been undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer, but she recently got a little stomach bug as well. She's pulled through it all like a trooper, and is now eating well and feeling like her "normal" self. In fact, despite be
ing an 8 year old lab mix, Dusty has hung in there with as much spunk as a 16 week old puppy!

Boarding Pet
of the Month
Vincent , a beautiful black-and-white border collie mix, stays at our clinic for daycare while his mom goes to work. Every time he comes in, he greets us with enthusiasm and a big grin. Vincent is such a pleasure to have here---we love it when he's around!

Throughout every month our staff members and clients nominate pets they believe should hold the Pet of the Month title. Pets who have come in for an appointment or for boarding within the last month are eligible for nominations. Our staff members vote and the winners are displayed in our office, on our website, and on our hospital’s blog on the first of each month.

If you would like your pet to be nominated please email us at pom@rosecityvet.com. Tell us why you believe your pet should be the Pet of the Month and don’t forget to include pictures!
